The payment is made in four stages
- 1 StageClient pays 6000€ for reservation.
- 2 StageClient needs to pay 10% of the amount + Vat. The deposit of 6000$ has already been deducted from the total amount.
- 3 StageClient pays another 10% + Vat in 20 months installments during construction
- 4 StageClient pays 80% + Vat at delivery by bank transfer or by approved mortgage previously requested.

6000€ deposit to remove the unit from the market until we sign the private purchase contract (PPC).
13% approximately (10% VAT + 2% AND + 1 % lawyer's fee).
If you have paid the reservation deposit and haven't signed the PPC, your 6000€ will be refunded.
