The payment is made in four stages
1 Stage
Client pays 6000€ for reservation.
2 Stage
Client needs to pay 10% of the amount + Vat. The deposit of 6000$ has already been deducted from the total amount.
3 Stage
Client pays another 10% + Vat in 20 months installments during construction
4 Stage
Client pays 80% + Vat at delivery by bank transfer or by approved mortgage previously requested.
