In October, construction is progressing on schedule. This month, the work on preparing the concrete foundation will be completed, marking an important stage of the building process.

The builders continue working on the Bougainvillea residential project, and the good weather allows construction to proceed without delays. The concrete foundation is being laid, and the outlines of all four buildings are already visible.

Foundation work was commenced at the construction site. Excavators were used to prepare the ground by removing excess soil and leveling the surface. Reinforcement grids were installed in the prepared forms, and formwork was set up for the concrete pour.
The final stage involved preparing for the concrete pouring to solidify the foundation. These tasks are essential for creating a strong base for the building.

Since July 2025, the company has opened an office for client meetings just 500 meters away from the construction site.
