The beginning of construction
The construction permit for the Bougainvillea residential complex was received in 2024.

Foundation work was commenced at the construction site. Excavators were used to prepare the ground by removing excess soil and leveling the surface. Reinforcement grids were installed in the prepared forms, and formwork was set up for the concrete pour.
The final stage involved preparing for the concrete pouring to solidify the foundation. These tasks are essential for creating a strong base for the building.

The crane remains active, assisting with the transportation of materials to higher levels of the structure. The team is diligently working to complete the next stages of the construction, and the building is beginning to take its final form.

Since July 2025, the company has opened an office for client meetings just 500 meters away from the construction site.
